Welcome to the 3DK Ranch! We, Kim and Dave, are so blessed to be living here in Tucson, AZ with our horses, dogs, Miniature Longhorn(s), and chickens. This page is a statement of Praise to God for all He has done in our lives and for all He is yet doing!
Dave & Kim (Married 9-10-1983). We are born again Christians, residents of Tucson, AZ but grew up down the street from each other in Inkster, MI. We are here pastoring a church in Tucson (Christian Faith Fellowship) and have been very blessed by all God has done in our lives and the community we serve. We are blessed with 3 sons, all married, 4 grandkids, and several ‘adopted kids and grandkids’. Together, Kim and I are living out our childhood dream – today, with the dogs laying on the couches, we look out the window of the house to see the mountains, the horses, cow(s), and chickens in the yard… it’s pretty amazing how God cares about our childhood dreams – He is so good.
“Spur” – (AQHA Buckskin mare) 4-4-2013 We purchased her in utero from Rice Quarter Horse Ranch, Casa Grande, AZ. She is a gift from God – painted to perfection with every aspect of what I dreamed of owning in my horse.
“Angel” – (AQHA Palomino mare) 5-5-2015 We purchased her for Kim at 3 days old from the Rice Quarter Horse Ranch, Casa Grande, AZ.
“Reign” – (AQHA Bay?Dun? Filly Born to Spur) 2-1-2021 Little Reign was our first foal born here with us and we are so excited to see how she turns out. She is quick and athletic and thinks the world revolves around her (and it usually does).
“Ember” – (BLM Mustang Mare) 2011 born in Salt Creek, Wyoming – we adopted her back in 2017 and gentled her ourself. She has an amazing personality and loves people.
“Bella” – (Registered Miniature Longhorn cow – 2-4-2019). Dave has dreamed of owning a Longhorn since he was a boy growing up in Michigan. Kim gave him Bella for a Valentines gift Feb 2021! Bella will be calving and bringing us a new addition to the Ranch. Bella was purchased from Lovejoy Longhorns, Hondo, NM.
“Concho” – AKC Australian Shepherd (Blue Merle- male, 1-18-2017) We purchased Concho for Kim from the Cluff Country Ranch, Mesa, AZ. He is as smart as everyone says Aussies are!
“Cinch” – AKC American Brittney (orange & white – male, 10-4-2018) We purchased Cinch from Washington and had him flown in to Tucson! He is hunting great and loves to lounge around on the couches (and us!).
”The Flock” – we have had a variety of chickens, pheasants, chukars, quail, turkeys and continue to love the variety of birds and their own unique characteristics.
